The OPM Team (Task Force Recruitment Officers, and OPM Director) have a whole raft of duties that help the Fleet, each Task Force, Commanding Officers (COs) and crew. We are a dedicated bunch of players that scour the internet advertising for potential new recruits and Commanding Officers. We are constantly seeking out new places for you to advertise and generally spreading positive thoughts of Obsidian Fleet around the cosmos.

As well as advertising for their respective Task Forces our Task Force Recruitment Officers (TFROs) provide advice and assistance to COs on recruitment and advertising. This could include bouncing ideas off them, proof reading of your adverts or just being there to listen.

The OPM Director is responsible for the TFROs as well as dealing with 'any ship' applications, organizing character transfers and providing advice to both COs and crew. The Director also holds a seat on the Fleet Council.
