The Office of Personnel Management is your prime resource for recruiting tips, as well as help with transfers, application and many other aspects of simming.

We've packed this site with lots of interesting stuff for all members of Obsidian Fleet (mainly Commanding Officers). Here you can find recruitment help and handy information on OPM services. So please take your time when looking around. Perhaps we can all help each other.

The OPM Team (Personnel Liaison Officers, and OPM Director) have a whole raft of duties that help the Fleet, each Task Force, Commanding Officers (COs) and crew. We are a dedicated bunch of players that scour the internet advertising for potential new recruits and Commanding Officers. We are constantly seeking out new places for you to advertise and genereally spreading positive thoughts of Obsidian Fleet around the cosmos.

As well as advertising for their respective Task Forces our Personnel Liaison Officers (PLOs) provide advice and assistance to COs on recruitment and advertising. This could include bouncing ideas off them, proof reading of your adverts or just being there to listen.

The OPM Director is responsibile for the PLOs as well as dealing with 'any ship' applications, organising character transfers and providing advice to both COs and crew. The Director also holds a seat on the Fleet Council. Which means s/he has a voice - why not persuade him or her to use it for your own cause?
